Tai Chi: For Holiday Wellness

December is so busy! Take a few minutes this week to reset and recharge. 

~Tai Chi at Wainwright features an ‘easier to do’ format. Movements are performed in a slight bent knee position.

~Participants can learn a routine of 12 movements, and more if desired, or just follow along!

~Class is great for those new to tai chi and want to improve mobility.

~Learning, practice and performance of movements occurs with smooth, flowing music.
