The Labyrinth Within: A Journey Inward
Fri, Sep 25
|Wainwright House, Inc.
On September 25, Neptune reaches opposition, inviting our gaze toward distant, veiled realms. Just after the autumnal equinox, this celestial moment mirrors our own shift toward changing light, lengthening shadows, and deeper reflection. What might become visible when we slow down enough to notice?

About the Event
A guided labyrinth experience inspired by the changing light of September
Join Nadia Monosova for an experiential introduction to the labyrinth, a centuries-old contemplative practice of reflection, meditation, and self-discovery. Unlike a maze, a labyrinth offers a single winding path, inviting us to slow down, turn inward, and listen.
Against the tranquil backdrop of the harbor, we’ll explore the labyrinth as a living map between the outer world and our inner landscape. Through gentle preparation, guided reflection, and a mindful walk on Wainwright’s outdoor labyrinth, participants will set a personal intention and move through three stages of the path: releasing, receiving, and returning.
Rather than seeking a particular answer, the practice invites us to notice what emerges - our thoughts, emotions, sensations, and the quieter wisdom that can arise when we make space to listen.
You’ll experience:
An introduction to the history, symbolism, and contemplative tradition of the labyrinth
