How to befriend your body, mind and feelings with Fiona Jalinoos C-IAYT, RYT-500
This opening session explores how the full spectrum of yoga—movement, breath, meditation, and reflection—can support you through the physical, emotional, and hormonal shifts of midlife and beyond. Together, we'll look at how these practices can help you regulate your nervous system, build resilience, and stay grounded as your roles, relationships, and sense of self evolve. You'll also learn how to adapt your yoga practice to meet the needs of your changing body, with tips for staying strong, mobile, and calm. There will be time for questions and discussion throughout the session.
