Come check in with the state of your breath and expand your capacity to breathe, feel, and heal. Learn how to harness your body's best natural resource to navigate everyday obstacles like stress and anxiety, and feel more focused, clear, and alive.
About the Instructor:
Katie Braja is a yoga and meditation teacher for Real Humans with Real Lives. She helps people use the time-tested tools of movement, breath, and meditation to feel more like themselves, more of the time.
She studied at ISHTA Yoga with co-founders Yogiraj Alan Finger and Sarah Platt-Finger, and has continued expanding her teaching toolkit by studying anatomy, functional movement, nervous system regulation, energy work, and Tarot.
