Wainwright House 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training

The WH Yoga Alliance certified 200-Hour teacher training program is for anyone interested in teaching yoga or simply looking to enhance their own practice. 

Inspired by our status as the oldest nonprofit, non-sectarian holistic learning center in the nation, our 200 hour yoga training offers a healthy balance of all aspects of yoga: physical, emotional, social, spiritual and intellectual. 

Our foundational training provides a well-rounded curriculum that interweaves mindfulness & meditation, anatomical intelligence, smart sequencing and gentle & accessible yoga to meet the multidimensional needs of our students. 

YOGA IMMERSION (Non-Teaching Track):

Looking to learn more about yoga + meditation but don’t want to teach? Sign up for this track and you will be exempt from practice teaching, class observations, practicum, final project.
