WH: How did you become interested in this line of work? (tell us a little bit about your background)
Kiret: I have been practicing yoga for 20+ years to maintain physical strength and mental clarity. I’m a Licensed Massage Practitioner since 2002, my mission is to heal and uplift others through touch and Ancient Yogic technology. Kundalini Yoga is the key tool to achieve healthy, happy and holy lifestyle! I’m here to serve you to help tap into your original light, reconnect with your soul and find the purpose of your life, and spread the light that we all have to this transitional time that we are facing called The Aquarian Age.
WH: What motivates you to do what you do? Where does your passion come from?
Kiret: My passion is to serve others and help alleviate pain and suffering. Yoga, especially Kundalini Yoga and Meditation practice helped me tremendously, I’m here to share what I have experienced and what I’m currently experiencing through the journey of awakening.
WH: What personal or professional accomplishments are you most proud of?
Kiret: Seeing the light and sparkle in people’s eyes⭐️⭐️⭐️after the class or bodywork session.
WH: Who are your role models and mentors?
Kiret: My teachers!

Kiret: “Travel light, live light, spread the light and be the light!" and "Comfort place is a beautiful place but nothing ever grows there."
WH: If you weren't in this line of work, what would you be doing instead?
Kiret: Environmental activist, travel around the world and build schools for kids, plant trees.. so many things I would want to do.

WH: If you were stranded on a desert island, what 3 things would you have and why?
Kiret: Water to hydrate, seeds to plant and grow gardens, and a fire starter!

Kiret: Taking a Bath!

Kiret: Take a cold shower every morning, follow a Vegetarian and Ayurvedic lifestyle
